1. Account
 

1.1 I have created an account but I can not login?

 

Your account have to be approved by us before you are able to login. Once it´s approved, you will be notified by email.

 

1.2 I have changed my password, but still can not login?

1.3 How long do i have to wait before my account is opened?

 

If your account has not been approved after 24 hours, let us know. 99% of the time, it's because we could not complete the verification process. Please read this article explaining more about this process. Update! We now approve more accounts!

 

1.4 I used to be able to login, but suddenly I can´t?

1.5 What are your terms of service?

1.6 Could you erase my account for me?

 

Sure, send us an email. You do not need to have a specific reason. Note though, that in case you wish to have a new account, you will have to go through the verification process again. Any VIP-discounts and so forth, will of course also be deleted.

 

1.7 Could you erase my account history?

 

See question 1.5
Also note that any VIP-discounts connected to your account will be deleted.

 

1.8 Can I change my address?

 

It depends. If you have moved, have a temporary address, live c/o, then yes, you can.
Obviously, we do not allow any changes that violate our ToS. If we find that you have used/changed/removed details in a way that is not OK, your account/accounts will be blocked, and you will be banned. If you are unsure, ask! Better before than after. Way way better.

 

1.9 ...but I thought I could do that?

 

...is not an excuse. If unsure about what´s OK and what is not, ask.

 

1.10 Can I have more than one account?

 

No.

 

1.11 Can I replace my account?

 

Yes, but ask first.

2. Payment
 

 

2.1 How do I pay for my order?

2.2 Why do I have to order for €80?

 

You  don´t. Only Bank transfer has this limit. This has to do with fees and restrictions set up by our bank. Note that we do not have a Swedish bank account.

 

2.3 Why can´t I just pay using a normal bank transfer?

 

Because we do not have a Swedish bank account.

 

2.4 I placed an order using bank transfer, but I can not find/have not received any bank details?

 

Note that we send out this information manually after you´ve placed your order.
We kindly ask for your patience as it might take a few hours before you get the banking details.

 

2.5 I placed an order using bank transfer, can I use the same banking information as last time?

 

No. Please do not send any payments until you have received the email with our bank details/instructions. Even though the information might be the same as you have used before, we need to know what payments as incoming and from who. Again, always wait until you receive our confirmation email as described in 2.4

 

2.6 I paid using bank transfer, why do I have to wait 3 days?

 

See q 2.3. It usually takes 3 business days to receive your transaction. Once we have received payment, you order will be processed as usual.

 

2.7 How do I use/purchase Bitcoin?

2.8 How do you calculate the bitcoin exchange rate?

 

We use preev.com, which in turn uses mtgox.com. Note that the rate fluctuates from one day to another, sometimes more often than that. We can only guarantee the rate for 24 hours. Should the exchange rate go up or down for more than 10%, we reserve the right to change the order total (in bitcoins).

 

2.9 How do change currency?

 

Simply change the currency in the drop-down menu found on the right hand side of every page. You can do this at any time, even while checking out.

3.1 Where do you send from?

 

Only from Sweden.

 

3.2 Do you offer registered shipments?

 

No, sorry.

 

3.3 Can I have the parcel sent to my nearest post office instead?

 

Yes, we might be able to arrange that. Contact us for more info.

 

3.4 Do you ship everywhere?

 

Almost. General rule is that if you are able to login (i.e have an approved account), we ship to your location.
Important! We do not send any products if we are aware that they are illegal/scheduled at it´s destination. You still have the full responsibility of knowing the laws and regulations of your residence. We can only guarantee that our products are 100% legal in Sweden.

 

3.5 What service do you use for shipping?

 

We only use the Swedish postal service,

 

3.6 How are your parcels sent?

 

Always in discrete white envelopes with printed address.
All international orders include an MSDS and discrete return address. Our company or anything related to the contents is never visible from the outside.

 

3.7 Do you offer customized packaging?

 

Yes, contact us with any requests and we will do our best to fulfill them.

 

3.8 What are your estimated shipping times?

 

Once we have confirmed your payment your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (or the next following business day).
If you place your order before 2pm, we are usually able to ship it the same day.

4. Products

 

4.1 "...I wish to by an obscene amount of product X. but before I do, can you send me a free sample?" (more common than you might think..)

 

No. If you are sincere in your intentions, we will happily reduce the cost of the sample to your first order.

 

4.2 "...there are so many scams around these days, could you send me a free sample so I know that you are legit?"

 

No. We understand your concerns, but can not take responsibility for what others have done. Besides, how is a free sample a sign of trust?

 

4.3 Could you perhaps include a sample of your new product X to my next order?

 

Depending on stock levels and overall demand; sure!

 

4.4 Do you plan to stock //replace-with-illegal-compound//?

 

No.

 

4.5 Do you offer larger quantities than the ones listed?

 

Yes, sure. If it isn't something we have or usually have in stock, we offer custom orders. Contact us for more information.

 

4.6 How do I use your products?

 

All our products are strictly forbidden for human consumption or for any form of in vivo research or experimentation, clinical trials, unlawful purpose etc. Do not ask us about anything which may indicate such usage. We will not respond, and you risk being banned. We also have a strict 18 year age policy. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.  Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate ban and any payments sent will not be returned.

 

 

4.7 I ordered product 'X', but now it says that you are "out of stock". How long do I have to wait?

 

If you have placed an order and have been able to check out, your product is already reserved and is not affected.

In fact, the system is configured so that you wont be able to check out, should the ordered products be out of stock. Besides, we will never accept payment for anything we don't have in store.

 

 

 

5. Other

 

5.1 How can I make sure our communication is secure?

 

The easiest way is to use an encrypted email. While all our mails is encrypted when possible, we do have some problems with safe-mail and in some cases hushmail. If you get an email saying that we were unable to decrypt your email, you can choose to turn off your encryption (not recommended) or use one of our alternative encrypted email addresses. Our alternative email addresses are 'nordicrc' (at) hushmail or countermail.com.

 

5.2 Your site is slow/unresponsive, what is wrong?

 

Please about any issues you may experiencing related to functionality, usage or responsiveness. You can also check our twitter account which we update in case such problems occur.
