We are a committed small team of workers dedicated to offer new and exciting Research Chemicals. Mostly on the Nordic countries, we do offer services to almost all parts of the world (see FAQ for more information).

Language:

While our main language is English, some parts have been translated to Swedish to maximize and streamline the information given. We do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the translation, but you can view both documents and judge for yourself. For additional details, look at our terms-of-service

Privacy (see Privacy Policy for full information):

In order to successfully purchase from Nordic RC you should create an account, but you do not have to. Doing so provides additional security for your payments, and also allows you to easily view your orders and account history.

Upon registration you have to enter an address and what might seem like a lot of details. These details however, can be changed, added and deleted upon your preference once you have registered. We handle your address just when necessary, and do not store it afterwards. So when you put down an order, you want to make sure the correct address is showing. Otherwise nothing will be sent, and we may or may not contact you regarding this.

We shred all other information, such as server logs, cookies and IPs, whenever possible. All other info that needs to be stored locally are on encrypted drives with more than one level of identification requirement.

If you are being naughty

Once in a while people come along in order to deceive and cheat their way through life. We do our best to tear those individuals apart and make sure that the pieces wont fit afterwards. So, if we detect fraud or anything unjust relating to identification, money issues, given information or something else we feel bitchy about, we do our best to make sure you never set foot here again. We may also report you to "institutions" necessary. Any attempt to blackmail, harass or even being rude will be delt with swiftly; No more soup for you!

We would never claim anything getting lost in the mail, and neither should you. Simply because it never does. If something doesn' t get delivered, it´s not lost, it´s seized. And that's a whole other issue.
